Diet
Blue Dream Shrimp are omnivorous scavengers that feed on biofilm, algae, blanched vegetables, shrimp pellets, and high quality shrimp foods. A varied diet helps maintain coloration, health, and breeding activity.
Behaviour
Active, peaceful, and social shrimp that spend most of their time grazing on surfaces throughout the aquarium. Best kept in planted tanks with mosses, driftwood, leaf litter, and hiding areas. Compatible with peaceful nano fish and other non-aggressive tank mates.
Breeding
Blue Dream Shrimp are prolific freshwater breeders under stable water conditions. Females carry eggs beneath their swimmerets until fully developed shrimplets hatch. No special brackish water setup is required.
