Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or territory, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site under your supervision.

Products and Availability

Bula Aquatics specializes in freshwater and saltwater shrimp, fish, corals, plants, and aquatic livestock.

All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of live livestock, availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate; however, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information without prior notice.

Livestock Disclaimer

All livestock is sold based on current health and availability at the time of sale. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their aquarium or pond environment.

Once livestock is delivered or picked up, proper acclimation, water conditions, and care are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders and Acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Stock availability
  • Incorrect pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Concerns regarding livestock welfare during transit

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund or store credit will be issued.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

We accept multiple payment methods including Stripe, PayPal, and e-transfer where applicable.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is currently limited to local service areas within Metro Vancouver and surrounding regions.

Shipping methods, fees, and zones are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, traffic, or livestock handling requirements.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

All DOA claims are subject to our Live Arrival Guarantee policy, which requires immediate reporting and video evidence. Claims must be submitted within the required timeframe and meet all conditions outlined in our DOA Policy.

Returns and Refunds

All livestock sales are final.

Dry goods (when available) may be eligible for return under specific conditions as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

We do not offer exchanges on livestock or dry goods.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including logos, images, branding, and written material, is the property of Bula Aquatics and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any harmful code or attempt to disrupt the functionality of the website.

Limitation of Liability

Bula Aquatics is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from:

  • Improper aquarium setup or maintenance
  • Incompatible livestock introductions
  • Delays outside our control
  • Customer mishandling after delivery

All livestock care becomes the responsibility of the customer upon delivery or pickup.

Privacy

Your personal information is collected only to process orders, provide delivery, and communicate with you regarding your purchase. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except where required to complete your order.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
