Shipping & Delivery Overview
Bula Aquatics offers local delivery for freshwater and saltwater shrimp, fish, corals, and aquatic plants within Metro Vancouver and surrounding areas. Shipping options for broader regions across Canada may be introduced in the future as the business expands.
At this time, delivery is arranged on a local basis only.
Local Delivery
Local delivery is available to select areas within Metro Vancouver and surrounding regions, including Richmond, Abbotsford, Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, New Westminster, North Shore, Coquitlam, Langley, Maple Ridge, Agassiz, and surrounding communities.
Delivery fees are calculated based on delivery zones selected at checkout.
Orders may be scheduled for delivery on designated delivery days between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Richmond Pickup (By Appointment Only)
Pickup is available from our Richmond, British Columbia fishroom by appointment only.
The pickup address will be provided after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received and verified, if applicable.
Customers are responsible for arriving within their scheduled pickup window and inspecting their order before leaving the pickup location.
Ownership and responsibility for livestock transfer to the customer upon pickup. Bula Aquatics is not responsible for losses resulting from improper transport, acclimation, water quality, equipment failure, incompatible tank mates, or husbandry issues after pickup.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to availability. Because Bula Aquatics specializes in live aquatic livestock, order fulfillment depends on current stock conditions and animal health.
Orders are typically reviewed and confirmed before delivery or pickup is scheduled.
Live Arrival & Handling
All livestock is handled with care to ensure health and stability prior to delivery or pickup. Customers are responsible for proper acclimation of livestock upon arrival.
Bula Aquatics is not responsible for losses due to improper acclimation, poor water conditions, incompatible tank mates, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control after livestock has been received.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, Bula Aquatics does not offer nationwide shipping. This policy will be updated as services expand across Canada.
